Sandy Leon out of the lineup for Boston on Monday
Boston Red Sox catcher Sandy Leon is not in the starting lineup for Monday's road game against the Cleveland Indians.
What It Means:
Leon got the start behind the plate on Sunday, but he'll head back to the bench as Christian Vazquez resumes catching duties tonight.
Leon has only managed a .292 wOBA through 66 games in 2017, and numberFire's models project him to bat .254 while adding 7 RBI in 69 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
