Philadelphia Phillies left fielder Pedro Florimon is batting seventh on Sunday against the San Francisco Giants.
The only notable thing about Florimon is that he's seen all of 54 major-league plate appearances in the last three years, collecting a whopping eight hits on them for a triple-slash line of .160/.222/.280. He has a ludicrous 46.3 percent strikeout rate in those plate appearances. He's starting today in place of Cameron Rupp.
Neither Florimon nor the rest of the Phillies should be expected to have a great outing today, with by far the worst implied total (3.28) on a full slate, facing down Giants' ace Madison Bumgarner in pitcher paradise AT&T Park.
