Andrelton Simmons hitting fifth for Angels
Los Angeles Angels shortstop Andrelton Simmons is hitting from the fifth spot on Friday night versus the Baltimore Orioles.
Without a designated hitter in Washington on Sunday, Simmons hit all the way up at second against the Nationals. However, with the return of Albert Pujols, he's been knocked down to fifth for tonight's matchup with righty Jeremy Hellickson.
A hitter of reverse splits, Simmons sports a .348 wOBA with 9 home runs against righties this season. In the matchup at hand, we project him for 10.3 FanDuel points at the cost of $3,000 from the shortstop position.
