Jose Peraza not in Reds' lineup on Friday
Cincinnati Reds infielder Jose Peraza is not starting on Friday against the Atlanta Braves.
What It Means:
Peraza will grab a seat on the bench after going 2-for-5 with 3 RBI, a walk and a steal against the Chicago Cubs in Thursday's series finale. He's batting .263 overall with 16 steals in 113 games this season. Scooter Gennett will make another start at second base for Cincinnati while Zack Cozart gets the nod at shortstop.
