Mike Napoli out of the Rangers' starting lineup Thursday
Texas Rangers first baseman Mike Napoli is not in the starting lineup at home against the Chicago White Sox on Thursday.
It's a routine day off for Napoli, and he'll be replaced in the lineup by Drew Robinson, who starts in the outfield while Joey Gallo moves to first base in Napoli's absence.
Napoli has only managed a .299 wOBA through 101 games in 2017, and numberFire's models project him to bat .227 while adding 7 home runs and 20 RBI in 137 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
