Los Angeles Angels outfielder Cameron Maybin is not starting on Wednesday against the Washington Nationals.
Maybin will be replaced by Ben Revere in left field and at the top of the order on Wednesday afternoon versus right-hander Tanner Roark and the Nationals. Since returning from the disabled list on August 7, Maybin has gone just 5-for-26 (.192) at the plate, although he has hit successfully in four straight contests.
numberFire's models project Maybin to turn in a .275 batting average with 1 home run, 11 RBI, 18 runs scored, and 6 steals in 127 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
