Brock Holt out of lineup as Boston battles Cardinals
Boston Red Sox utility player Brock Holt is not starting against the St. Louis Cardinals on Tuesday.
What It Means:
Holt will head to the bench after starting at second base in the past two contests. Eduardo Nunez will fill the void at second while Hanley Ramirez returns to the DH spot after a one-game breather.
numberFire's models project Holt to turn in a .241 average in 34 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
