Kansas City Royals third baseman Cheslor Cuthbert is not starting on Monday against the Oakland Athletics.
Cuthbert will head to the bench while Mike Moustakas moves over to third base for the Royals. Melky Cabrera will handle designated hitter and bat cleanup versus Athletics right-hander Jharel Cotton while Alex Gordon mans left field.
numberFire's models project Cuthbert to record a .237 batting average in 42 plate appearances over the remainder of the year.
