Giovanny Urshela not starting Monday for Cleveland
Cleveland Indians third baseman Giovanny Urshela is not starting on Monday against the Boston Red Sox.
What It Means:
Jason Kipnis' (hamstring) return to the starting lineup on Monday will knock Urshela out of it. The 25-year-old backup went a combined 2-for-10 (.200) in three starts over the weekend, and he's now 13-for-63 (.206) overall in 23 games on the year. Jose Ramirez will move back over to third base while Kipnis handles second.
numberFire's models project Urshela to bat .214 in 47 plate appearances over the remainder of the year.
