Andrew McCutchen (knee) not in Pirates' Saturday lineup
Pittsburgh Pirates center fielder Andrew McCutchen is sitting out Saturday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays as he recovers from discomfort in his left knee.
McCutchen departed Friday night's game prematurely as he dealt with discomfort in his left knee. After the game, he said he was feeling better and hoped to play this afternoon, but it looks like the Pirates will hold him our as a precautionary measure. In the meantime, Starling Marte will man center field and bat first in the batting order today.
numberFire's models project McCutchen for 3 home runs, 10 RBI and a .281 average over 73 plate appearances the rest of the season.
