Kansas City Royals catcher Cam Gallagher is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's meeting with the St. Louis Cardinals.
As manager Ned Yost sticks with his on-off rotation behind the plate, Gallagher will be the one taking a seat tonight while Drew Butera catches starter Jason Hammel.
