The New York Yankees have placed outfielder Clint Frazier on the 10-day disabled list with a strain of his left oblique.
Yesterday, Frazier was scratched from the lineup with tightness in his side. After undergoing an MRI, it turns out that Frazier suffered a muscle strain that will keep him out somewhere between four and six weeks. The Yankees have activated Aaron Hicks (oblique) in a corresponding move.
Upon his return, our models project Frazier for 2 home runs, 3 doubles and 6 RBI the rest of the year.
