Detroit Tigers outfielder Mikie Mahtook is batting second on Thursday against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Mahtook will move up a few spots after going 2-for-5 out of the five-hole on Wednesday. He's 8-for-20 (.400) over his last five contests, with four multi-hit outings in that span. Miguel Cabrera will move down a spot, from third to fourth, while Nick Castellanos is going from fourth to fifth in Detroit's lineup. Right-hander Gerrit Cole is taking the hill for Pittsburgh.
