Miguel Gomez will start at second base and bat second versus Cubs left-hander Jose Quintana, while Panik heads to the bench for the second time in three games with a southpaw on the opposite mound. For the season, he is slashing .266/.325/.388 with 6 home runs, 35 RBI, 41 runs scored, and 4 steals in 421 plate appearances (101 games).
