Texas Rangers outfielder Carlos Gomez is batting sixth on Tuesday against the New York Mets.
What It Means:
Gomez will start in center field again while batting sixth versus right-hander Chris Flexen and the Mets in tonight's series opener. He went 0-for-4 with a couple of strikeouts while hitting out of the eight-hole on Sunday. Robinson Chirinos will also move up a spot to eighth in the Rangers' order.
