Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Nick Williams is starting on Thursday against the Los Angeles Angels.
Williams is starting at designated hitter and batting seventh versus Angels right-hander Parker Bridwell. Andrew Knapp is switching from DH to catcher while Cameron Rupp heads to the Phillies' bench.
