Chicago Cubs infielder Javier Baez is in the starting lineup at home against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Thursday.

The Cubs are giving Addison Russell the afternoon off, and Baez will start in his place at shortstop while batting eighth against Diamondbacks' righty Zack Greinke.
