Miami Marlins infielder Adeiny Hechavarria made an early departure from the Marlins' matinee game against the Atlanta Braves on Wednesday.
Hechavarria exited after tweaking his left hamstring while legging out a bunt single. He is officially listed as day-to-day.
The light-hitting Hechavarria owns a .298 wOBA with five homers on the year. The wOBA is actually a career-best mark. Hechavarria's calling card is his defense, where Ultimate Zone Rating has him as the top-rated infielder.
