Marlins remove Dan Straily from trade block

The Miami Marlins have removed starting pitcher Dan Straily from their trade block, according to USA Today's Bob Nightengale.

What It Means:

Yesterday, the Marlins decided to make Straily available via trade. They received some interest, according to reports, but the offers were too underwhelming for their liking. It looks like they'll hold on to the right-hander unless they get blown away with an offer.

Our models project Straily for a 4-3 record, 4.12 ERA and 1.23 WHIP in just under 70 innings the rest of the way this season.
