Milwaukee Brewers infielder Jonathan Villar is batting from the six hole for Thursday afternoon's game with the Washington Nationals.
Villar hit leadoff yesterday against lefty Gio Gonzalez, but the switch-hitter will turn around for today's matchup with Max Scherzer. Eric Sogard will instead take first hacks against the All-Star right-hander.
Oddly enough, Villar has been better from the left side of the plate this season. With a .289 wOBA against righties, our models project him for 9.1 FanDuel points on Thursday.
