Houston Astros outfielder Nori Aoki is not starting on Wednesday versus the Philadelphia Phillies.
Aoki heads back to the bench after drawing the start in left field on Tuesday. He's slashing .277/.326/.379 with 28 runs scored and 5 steals in 216 plate appearances (68 games) this season. Carlos Beltran is in left field for Houston on Wednesday night.
numberFire's models project Aoki to turn in a .279 batting average with 17 runs scored and 4 steals in 143 plate appearances over the remainder of the year.
