Toronto Blue Jays catcher Miguel Montero is in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Oakland Athletics.
Montero will provide Russell Martin with a rest as he takes over behind the plate and hits seventh against righty Paul Blackburn.
Montero is just 1-for-22 over 25 plate appearances in the month of July to date. On the bright side, as a team Toronto has an implied total of 5.24 runs for this evening's matchup.
