Miami Marlins shortstop Mike Aviles is in the starting lineup for Tuesday's road game against the Texas Rangers.
Miguel Rojas is getting a routine day off, and Aviles will get his first start of the season at shortstop while batting eighth against Rangers' southpaw Cole Hamels.
Aviles has only managed a career .307 wOBA against left-handed pitching, and he's not likely to do much damage even in tonight's plus matchup against Hamels.
