Cincinnati Reds utility player Arismendy Alcantara is starting on Tuesday against the New York Yankees.
It's the first start since June 29 for Alcantara, who will man second base and bat ninth versus Yankees left-hander Jordan Montgomery. Jose Peraza will be at second base while Zack Cozart what is assumed to be a breather, but his absence could be trade-related.
The Reds are underdogs and don't have the most encouraging implied total (4.03 runs), so their lineup doesn't offer too much upside on Tuesday. numberFire's models project Alcantara to score a mere 5.1 FanDuel points at a cost of $2,000.
