Brandon Drury sitting for Diamondbacks on Monday
Arizona Diamondbacks second baseman Brandon Drury is not starting on Monday versus the Atlanta Braves.
It's likely just a breather for Drury, who is slashing .280/.331/.447 with 8 dingers and 42 RBI in 329 plate appearances (86 games) this season. Daniel Descalso is starting at second base for Arizona while David Peralta mans left field and J.D. Martinez (hand) gets the nod in right in his return to the starting lineup.
numberFire's models project Drury to bat .279 with 6 homers and 25 RBI in 208 plate appearances over the remainder of the year.
