New York Yankees outfielder Jacoby Ellsbury is not starting on Friday night versus the Seattle Mariners.
Ellsbury heads to the bench after starting the past two. He's slashing .249/.324/.360 with 11 steals in 224 plate appearances (56 games) this season. Clint Frazier is replacing him in the outfield as the Yankees take on right-hander Andrew Moore and the Mariners.
numberFire's models project Ellsbury to turn in a .264 batting average with 6 more steals in 162 remaining plate appearances over the rest of the year.
