Luis Valbuena sitting out Wednesday for Angels
Los Angeles Angels first baseman Luis Valbuena is not in the starting lineup on Wednesday against the Washington Nationals.
The Nats are starting left-hander Gio Gonzalez, so Valbuena will take a seat on the bench. C.J. Cron is starting at first base and hitting in the cleanup spot Wednesday.
Our models project Valbuena for a .237 average, with 6 home runs and 19 RBI over 161 plate appearances remaining this season.
