Ryan Braun on Brewers' bench Wednesday night
Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun is not starting on Wednesday versus the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Jesus Aguilar is getting the start at first base, which will push Eric Thames to left field and send Ryan Braun to the bench on Wednesday night. The 33-year-old veteran is slashing .259/.341/.531 with 11 home runs in 45 games this season.
numberFire's models project Braun to record a .269 batting average with another 7 homers in 152 plate appearances over the rest of the season.
