Cleveland Indians catcher Roberto Perez will do the catching for Wednesday's game against the San Francisco Giants.
Perez is spelling Yan Gomes, who started the club's last two games in San Francisco. The former will bat seventh against righty Matt Cain.
Perez has just 1 dinger in 124 plate appearances this season. On the plus side, his Indians are expected to produce 4.65 implied runs in today's matchup, so at $2,400 who knows what Perez could do.
