Cleveland Indians outfielder Albert Almonte is in the starting lineup for Wednesday's road matchup with the San Francisco Giants.
Almonte will replace Brandon Guyer in right field and hit sixth in the Cleveland order. He opposes righty Matt Cain at AT&T Park.
