San Diego Padres outfielder Franchy Cordero is in the starting lineup on Wednesday against the Colorado Rockies.
Cordero will get a chance to start in the outfield on Wednesday, as Jose Pirela takes a seat. He is hitting in the seventh spot against right-hander Jon Gray.
