Minnesota Twins third/first baseman Miguel Sano is hitting from the third spot in the order for Wednesday afternoon's game against the New York Yankees.
Sano hit cleanup yesterday, but Joe Mauer's absence will push him up a spot in the lineup versus lefty Jordan Montgomery. He will also play first base as Eduardo Escobar mans third.
In 92 plate appearances, Sano has hit lefties at a .316 clip with a .425 wOBA and .304 ISO. At $3,700, his 12.9 projected FanDuel points rank eighth among all batters on today's early slate.
