Houston Astros utility man Marwin Gonzalez will start at shortstop against the Seattle Mariners on Tuesday.
Carlos Correa (thumb) is expected to miss 6-8 weeks, and Gonzalez will take his place at shortstop while batting sixth against Mariners' righty Sam Gaviglio tonight.
Gonzalez has a .426 wOBA against right-handed pitching on the season, and with the Astros sporting a storng 5.36 implied total he offers solid value priced at $3,600 tonight.
