Phillies' Vince Velasquez (elbow) activated from DL, starting on Tuesday
Philadelphia Phillies starting pitcher Vince Velasquez (elbow) has been activated from the 10-day DL and is starting on Tuesday.
Velasquez has been out since late May with an elbow flexor injury, but after some rest and a few rehab appearances, the 25-year-old will take the mound versus the Miami Marlins Tuesday.
Our models project Velasquez for 5 2/3 innings pitched, 2.6 runs allowed, and 4.0 strikeouts for 24.2 FanDuel points with a price tag of $7,000 Tuesday.
