The San Diego Padres have scratched catcher Austin Hedges (head) against the Colorado Rockies on Monday.
Hedges was originally in the starting lineup, expected to return after missing two games with a head injury, but he is a late scratch and will be replaced behind teh dish by Hector Sanchez.
