Cesar Hernandez active, leading off for Phillies in Miami

Philadelphia Phillies second baseman Cesar Hernandez has been activated from the 10-day disabled list for tonight's start versus the Miami Marlins.

What It Means:

This will be Hernandez's first big league start since June 9 due to a strained left oblique. He's starting at second base and leading off versus Marlins left-hander Tom Koehler after going 1-for-7 with 9 walks in four games with High-A Clearwater. Ty Kelly and Andres Blanco figure to see less playing time moving forward.

numberFire's models project Hernandez to score 10.4 FanDuel points at a cost of $2,800 on Monday, but his upside is capped by the Phillies' low implied total (4.11 runs) and a poor over/under (9.0) and weak park factor (0.975) for the contest.
