Blue Jays' Francisco Liriano exits Saturday with neck tightness
Toronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Francisco Liriano left Saturday's start against the Detroit Tigers with neck tightness.
We haven't gotten any word on the severity of the injury, but expect an update sometime postgame. Mike Bolsinger came in to relieve Liriano after just two innings of work.
Assuming he doesn't need to miss a start, our models expect Liriano to post a 4.89 ERA and 1.51 WHIP, with 49 strikeouts over 58.9 innings remaining this season.
