Facing a lefty, the Red Sox employed the right-handed hitting Marrero on Friday. But Boston is up against a righty on Saturday so it's lefty Tzu-Wei Lin getting the start at third base. He'll bat ninth against Luis Severino.
Against right-handed pitching, Marrero has no homers and a .187 wOBA through 104 plate appearances this season. Our models project him for 1 home run, 8 RBI and a .216 average in 97 plate appearances for the remainder of the 2017 campaign.
