Abraham Almonte is not in Indians' Saturday lineup
Cleveland Indians outfielder/designated hitter Abraham Almonte is not in the lineup on Saturday against the Detroit Tigers.
Almonte went 2-for-5 at the plate on Friday in the Tribe's blowout win, but with Carlos Santana returning from the paternity leave list on Saturday, Almonte will take a seat. Santana is at first base and hitting seventh against Justin Verlander.
Our models project Almonte for a .258 average, with 1 homer and 13 RBI over 136 plate appearances remaining this season.
