Philadelphia Phillies third baseman Maikel Franco is batting third on Monday against the St. Louis Cardinals.
Franco ended an 0-for-12 skid on Sunday with a two-run double, but he continues to struggle for the season, slashing .217/.279/.369 in 319 plate appearances. In his only other game out of the three-hole this season, Franco went 0-for-5 with a strikeout.
The Phillies only have an implied total of 4.39 runs in a game with a low expected total (8.5), so they don't offer too much fantasy appeal. numberFire's models project Franco to score 8.3 FanDuel points at a cost of $3,000.
