Starlin Castro leaves Yankees' game early with strained hamstring

New York Yankees infielder Starlin Castro exited Monday's game versus the Chicago White Sox with a strained right hamstring.

What It Means:

Castro suffered the injury in the third inning while trying to beat out a grounder. Tyler Wade is reportedly heading up to the majors, so it looks like Castro will be spending some time on the disabled list. The Yankees will wait to make a decision until after seeing the results from an MRI on Tuesday.

Castro is slashing .313/.348/.486 across 313 plate appearances this season while recording 12 home runs and 45 RBI.
