Addison Russell (shoulder) out of the Cubs' lineup in Washington
Chicago Cubs shortstop Addison Russell (shoulder) is not in the lineup on Monday.
What It Means:
Russell left Sunday's game early with a sore shoulder and will likely need another day or two before being able to play. Javier Baez is filling in at shortstop on Monday.
Russell has batted .232 with 7 home runs, 29 RBI, and 36 runs scored, so far this season.
