Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Daniel Nava is in the lineup on Monday against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Struggling rookie, Cameron Perkins is getting the day off as Nava takes over in left field. He will leadoff in a tough matchup against right-hander Zack Greinke.
