Chris Stewart returns to Pirates' bench on Thursday
Pittsburgh Pirates catcher Chris Stewart is not in Thursday's starting lineup against the Milwaukee Brewers.
What It Means:
With Francisco Cervelli on the mend, Stewart did the catching yesterday. But Elias Diaz will take his place behind the dish today. He'll bat fifth against righty Chase Anderson.
Stewart heads back to the bench with a measly .209/.277/.326 slash on the year.
