Philadelphia Phillies second baseman Howie Kendrick is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's home game against the St. Louis Cardinals.
It's just a routine day off for Kendrick, and Andres Blanco will spell him at second base and bat seventh against Cardinals' righty Carlos Martinez.
Playing without Kendrick and his .383 wOBA is a downgrade to a Phillies offense that is already in a really tough spot against Martinez, and their 3.89 implied total doesn't leave much fantasy value anywhere in the lineup.
