Daniel Murphy not in Washington's starting lineup
Washington Nationals second baseman Daniel Murphy is not in Wednesday's lineup against the Miami Marlins.
It's just a routine day off for Murphy while Anthony Rendon returns to third base and Stephen Drew slides over to second this afternoon.
Murphy has an excellent .401 wOBA through 291 plate appearances in 2017. numberFire's models project him to bat .324 and to tally 15 home runs and 59 RBI in 352 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
