Boston's Pablo Sandoval in the starting lineup for Monday's road game
Boston Red Sox third baseman Pablo Sandoval is in the starting lineup against the Kansas City Royals on Monday.
Dustin Pedroia is getting the day off due to rib soreness, and Josh Rutledge will slide over to second base while Sandoval covers the hot corner and bats eighth against Royals' righty Jason Hammel.
Sandoval has only managed a .296 wOBA against right-handed pitching on the season, and despite his strong 43.9% hard-hit rate, he doesn't make a strong fantasy play while batting near the bottom of the order on Monday.
