Reds' Zack Cozart placed on 10-day disabled list
Cincinnati Reds shortstop Zack Cozart has been placed on the 10-day disabled list with a strained right quad.
The move is retroactive to June 18th, but there will probably be no rush for Cozart to return. After initially injuring his quad last week, it appears that Cozart's first return proved premature.
Through 58 games, Cozart has 9 home runs and a .415 wOBA on the year. Our algorithms project him for 10 more dingers, 40 RBI and a .287 average the rest of the way.
