Washington Nationals outfielder Brian Goodwin will bat second against the New York Mets on Thursday.
Goodwin was batting seventh while starting in left field on Wednesday, but with Michael Taylor back in the lineup he returns to left field tonight and will bat out of the two-hole against Mets' righty Robert Gsellman.
Goodwin has a .325 wOBA in 99 plate appearances against right-handed pitching over his first two seasons in the majors, and even batting second he's not an especially strong fantasy play tonight.
