Yolmer Sanchez batting seventh as White Sox host the Orioles
Chicago White Sox second baseman Yolmer Sanchez will move down to seventh in the batting order against the Baltimore Orioles on Thursday.
What It Means:
Sanchez had been hitting leadoff for the White Sox in their last two games, but he'll slide down to the seven-hole against Orioles righty Chris Tillman this afternoon while Melky Cabrera bats leadoff.
Sanchez has only managed a .312 wOBA on a 22.0% hard-hit rate against right-handed pitching in 2017, and now that he's hitting near the back of the order he doesn't offer much fantasy value.
